Install from the Marketplace
Run the Isomer install wizard from the Azure Marketplace in your own subscription.
Once Isomer has added your subscription to the private plan, the offer appears in your Azure Marketplace. Sign in to the Azure portal in your own directory, as a user who can create resources in the subscription.
Start the wizard
Go to Marketplace, choose Private plans in the left-hand menu, open Isomer and click Create.
Basics
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Subscription | The subscription you prepared. |
| Resource group | A new resource group for the application itself, for example rg-isomer. The platform goes into a separate managed resource group the install creates. |
| Region | East US 2. |
| Organization name | Exactly the name Isomer gave you. |
The Basics step shows a warning if host encryption is not registered or quota is short. If one appears, stop and fix it first: an install that fails partway has to be deleted before you can try again.
Networking

|---|---|
| How users reach Isomer | Private or public, as agreed. |
| Virtual network address space | The network range you chose. |
| API hostname | Private only. The hostname for the API. |

| Grafana hostname | Private only. The hostname for the monitoring dashboards. |
| TLS certificate chain (PEM) | Private only. The certificate followed by its intermediates. |
| TLS private key (PEM) | Private only. The unencrypted private key. |
Create
Click Review + create, then Create, and let Isomer know the install has started.
The install takes under an hour, most of it the databases and the Kubernetes cluster. You can follow it in the portal: the managed application's deployment, or the deployments inside its managed resource group, whose name starts with mrg-.
The deployment reports Succeeded once the infrastructure exists. Isomer then completes setup and releases the platform into it. Isomer lets you know when that is done.
